My current thought is: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-GT70-0ND-444US-17-3-Inch/dp/B009H8RG0S/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t#productDetails MSI Laptop, programable keys to change color, 12 GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX675M Video card, and a 750G 7200 RPM hardrive.
Im looking to spend $1000-$1500, may consider more if it's worthwile. Looking to run pretty much anything at top quality, and i want to be able to use it to run with a keyboard/mouse setup if need be (allready got those)
Any nerds help me pick one out? :p |

Best advice i can give is dont buy a laptop thats 1000+ dollars....
Use that money and piece a desktop together that will in every way smash a Laptop in performance. |

Don't go for an Alienware laptop, they're overpriced.
I think you've picked out possibly the best spec for around that price. |

Personally I am somewhat allergic to gaming laptops. I much rather have a decent PC and a semi-professional laptop (fairly priced) than get a "gaming laptop". I don't remember where I saw this but as a rule of thumb, I think it works pretty good.
A laptop comes with three huge limitations. Pick two of the three.
* Performance * Price * Portability
