I cant get past the patch notes screen

Hello,
We are very sorry that you are experiencing a problem in the game.
Please delete the game cache to see if this address the problem. Here we can confirm that deleting a saved game data and delete/reinstalling the game client does not affect your progress in the game as all the game data is stored in our main server. At first, please try emptying the cache for DUST 514. To do this, please go to PS3 Home - choose Games - Saved Data Utility - DUST 514. Then Press the "triangle" for Options and then "Delete".
If this does not address the problem, then it appears you may have a corrupt install of the game. Please delete the game and then reinstall it again. I have included instructions on how to do this below.
Instructions: - Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514. - Press Triangle - Select Delete and confirm deletion
Then to reinstall: - Select the "Playstation Network" on the XMB - Select "Account Management" - Select "Transaction Management" - Select "Download List" - DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download"
