The dev post is confusing and doesn't give a date, but it also implies that the respec is available now.
So if anyone has any info, when is the respec?? |

There isn't a respec. You must petition a CCP representative for one, and they aren't doing it until they make changes to the skill tree.

The respec won't be actually HAPPENING until after skills are revamped (again). We don't have a solid date on that, because the devs don't have a solid date for it either.
You can REQUEST it now, but they recommend against doing so until we've seen how the skill changes work. |

I think the issue is the fact that they haven't given a timeline. I think people would be more assured if someone would atleast say "it'll be up to 2-3 weeks". I'm sure then everyone would complain about it but atleast we would have a little more info. Also why do people feel the need to be jerks to people on forums? Seems a bit pointless. |
