Seriously. I just lost TWO dropships not even due to enemy fire, but due to your ****** control scheme. They lack total control in any way whatsoever; if I try going in one direction, it goes nonstop, and if I attempt to turn or stop, I flip the ******* thing into the ground. 
This is NOT what I was playing in beta, that's for sure. And at such a huge cost to fit and fly one, you CANNOT expect people to just take this and feel that this is an acceptable part of the game. Oh, and FYI, I have flown other combat craft in quite a few other games, and none of them have the handling that this **** does. I guarantee that unless this gets fixed, and fast, that there are going to be a serious lack of dropship pilots in this game, and this is quickly going to turn into nothing more than a Halo clone, which I know is not the vision you have for this game. |

Dropship controls are better in this build than they were in Chromosome. I played a game and got 9 kills with my Python, the controls are not the problem. Most dedicated pilots flying have adapted to the new controls, me being one of them. Have you tried messing with your sensitivity? if not i would seriously recommend trying different sensitivities, i fly on 70.

Mine's set to 40 all around, due to the fact that I usually tend to press harder on my control sticks than most. So it's a bit of a built-in compensation. If I crank it up, it's going to be 10 times worse.
And granted, I just started flying about 10 minutes before I posted my OP, and I haven't flown since beta since I wasn't able to afford them either in skills or isk. |

the new controls take some getting use too, as well as the new camera. After you get back in the swing of things i think youll see why its better than in the chromosome build. |
