I use the keyboard and mouse and it says to press Enter to Go but I'm spamming the Enter key to no end. I thought it might have been because of some update as it said something about an update being successfully installed but I saw no notification of any kind of an update being available or downloading.
I'm pressing mouse buttons, even all the buttons on the controller and keyboard. There is 5570+ on TQ right now. DT @ 11 - 12 UTC.
The only thing I can do is scroll through the patch notes with the controller and arrow keys.
Anyone have an idea on what might be wrong?
I played a good amount last night with this set up. |

Unplugging the USB wireless thing for the mouse and keyboard then shutting down the PS3 then restarting everything does not work. |

Deleting the saved data to revert back to original settings says to press X to Go now, which does not work. |

Im having the same issue , im using ps controller I tried restarting several times still no good but I notice the player count is steadily going up 6108 atm wth this sucks |

More than 6200 on tq now and im still not 1 of them , never had this problem before just the same as above, patch screen it says game update completed but clicking the x does nothing |

having similar issues... I'm trying to install for the 6th time. Never had a problem in closed beta, open beta... but now, yup. |

I'm certain it's not the mouse and keyboard but just in case, I'm using Gear Head KB5150W. I also have no AUR, just ISK. Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go mobile hotspot @ 2Mbps at the moment. It was working flawlessly from 8pm to 4am last night. Currently stuck at the screen that shows the EULA and Patch Notes. I can toggle between them with L2 & R2 and the + & - keys. I even tried to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the EULA & Patch Notes to see if that worked. I'm in Illinois by the way. |

well hell!!! Been playing since closed beta with no problem till today now I can only read patch notes 6345 ppl playing and this is driving me crazy cause I cant join im using my galaxy note 2 as hotspot but I do that at a hotel every wed and fri with no problems , I am also USA Ft lauderdale Florida |

So before I went to bed, I tried to do another method. I changed the time and date around to see if that might work. I changed the date to the day before when it was working and moved my clock on the PS3 one hour before and one hour ahead. All it seemed to do was bring up the rectangular box next to the Go button saying that the game was successfully updated... which was weird because I thought it was updated already.
Anyway...
This morning, as I load up the game to see if there are any patches available as there usually is something from CCP after a maintenance, there is a 4.60 MiB patch to download. It seems to be stuck for me at the moment. 0% Completed at the rate of 0 B/s.
Is this a hotspot wireless issue? |

I'm experiencing a similar problem, but from a DSL wired connection. The game update isn't completing. How many servers/mirrors and bandwidth is available to the synchronizing and game update processes on CCP and Sony's end?
Even after I got past my routine failures to synchronize by borrowing a friend's 5Mbps connection instead of using my own 1.5Mbps connection, the game update was proceeding in fits and starts. Letting the update run overnight just led to a download error. After restarting, the game update is using a fraction of my available download bandwidth and periodically failing, so I have to restart it.
I'm currently stuck at 56.56%, 408.13MiB remaining. 0.0 KiB/s most of the time, with a very occasional normal transfer rate.
I really hope there aren't a bunch of new players running into the same difficulty downloading and updating Dust514, and silently just giving up on Dust 514. |

Hello,
We are very sorry that you are experiencing a problem in the game.
Please delete the game cache to see if this address the problem.
Here we can confirm that deleting a saved game data and delete/reinstalling the game client does not affect your progress in the game as all the game data is stored in our main server.
At first, please try emptying the cache for DUST 514. To do this, please go to PS3 Home - choose Games - Saved Data Utility - DUST 514.
Then Press the "triangle" for Options and then "Delete".
If this does not address the problem, then it appears you may have a corrupt install of the game.
Please delete the game and then reinstall it again.
I have included instructions on how to do this below.
Instructions:
- Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514.
- Press Triangle
- Select Delete and confirm deletion
Then to reinstall:
- Select the "Playstation Network" on the XMB
- Select "Account Management"
- Select "Transaction Management"
- Select "Download List"
- DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download"
If you have any additional questions or matters we can assist with, please let us know.

I was logged in playing this morning before downtime..5/16/13.. now it wont download client. Is there anyway to just reverse the downtime changes, that would fix stuff id say, sure is a bummer to spend money buying stuff on dust then be shut out the very next day! =( |

Of interest, the playstation has changed it's actions with this update. I am not a network admin or anything, but the following is a log from my router. The 15th of may shows actions taken by my playstation when I could also log in and play. Now, as I too cannot play, the report has changed. Hopefully this helps someone.

Ok never got past the patch notes screen while using my hotspot connection but home now and no problem logging in on my home wifi sooooo need fix for hotspot ill be out of town tomorrow and trying hotspot connection again |

Where are you located at? Thanks for the update. Feels like my thread got hijacked. I am hoping that whatever issues going on with today's patching is related to not being able to enter the game yesterday when the game was fully patched. |

I am in Florida , ft lauderdale yesterday on hotspot when it wouldnt work and near Orlando at home with no problems whatsoever, I also have at least 2 corp mates that couldnt get on game today the game wouldnt load , it seems uprising is a downfall
I will be back on hotspot tomorrow at hotel so im keeping my fingers crossed that it works |

I am able to connect and everything, just can't download any updates or even proceed into the game. It was working fine on the 14th and after the maintenance on the 15th, I have not been able to get into the game.
I was able to go online and play Red Dead Redemption against other players so I'm not entirely sure what the issue is here. |
