I am unable to buy the elite pack on the PS store as it says that I have already bought it (but I did not).
If I try to buy it again it makes me download all of dust again.
The same problem occurs to other users with the Italian PS store.. |

If it takes you to the Dust download page, then you should already have it already, go into the Dust client and you should be able to see it after you select your character |

In Dust client this pack is unaviliable. |

That's the point, I have never bought that pack and therefore I should not see that download link but instead a purchase link.
So now its at least three confirmed users with same problem.. |

Same problem for me.
ELITE PACK has only a download button where normally the price is shown.
All other packages would work as normal. But i would like to buy the ELITE PACK :(
I opened a ticket on dust page but they send me to sony. Now i have opened a ticket there and hope to get help there.
Someone solved his/her problem yet? |

Same problem here.
Jumped to be one of the first to get the elite pack,
PSN store tells me i already purchased the pack, even though i didnt/couldnt and provides me a download link.. Seriously?
Really dissapointing stuff, especially since i dont know and didnt get any confirmation whether my credit card was charged or not!
I mean we are talking about 99Gé¼ here, not a small sum at all.
If its not available for purchase why put it in the store.
If its available then whats the problem of getting it?
Can any GM or CCP comment?
Tomorrow is the first day for battles to start for PCQ would have been great to get the aurum on time.

Oh, that's very strange, though it might be a display problem on the PS Store, not necessarily the fault of CCP, have you tried check with technical support for the PS Store? |

I think not this will help cause in the PSN store on a PC it says the Elite Pack is ~1400 MB in Size.
This looks like it is maybe a false link in the PSN Servers or something.
If i have to guess, i think we will have to wait till next wednesday till the psn store gets another update. (hopefully not) |

Hello guys,
We are currently working with SONY to resolve this issue.
Bear in mind that you don't have to re-download the game or download anything for that matter in order to receive Elite/Veteran/Mercenary pack items!

There's a fix you can do yourself.
I used chrome -
Go to elite pack item description
right-click -> inspect element
Now don't be scared, there's a lot of code, but stick with me...
Find div id="scenesContainer" class"subNavShowing"
Expand the menus until you come across:
div class = priceingAndAction
You're almost there!
Expand that menu and you will see one called
div class="cFABtns hide"
now either double click on the word "hide" OR right-click and select "edit as HTML"
DELETE the word hide. Close the developer view and your ADD TO BASKET button will appear.
Now add it to the basket and enjoy the fruits of your labour. :)

Thanks man! That was a weird workaround :p But Firebug worked its job very well. I got the elite pack now ^^ |

Update: this issue should now be fully resolved.
And heads-up for our German players: we are working on resolving issue where you couldn't find elite pack on the PS Store. However, you can still purchase the pack via in-game marketplace itself until we resolve the PS Store issue.
