Stop matching myself and countless others into games that contain a full squad of protos, or even just a full squad for that matter. When I'm in a game with 2 people on either team, do not allow six people to join! I had a new corp member join me for some OMS to get some training done and we were fine for a few minutes until a squad of SVER joined and proto stomped us into the ground.
To make matters worse, the spawn system broke on us and we kept just spawning right next to them! I'm starting to think that maybe CCP are helping them, seriously. |

I still think that they should "gate" pubs similar to how some missions are gated in Eve. Make MTL, STD, ADV and PRO versions of each game mode. If you choose to enter a PRO lobby and only use MTL/STD, you can; though this would prevent people just Protostomping in anything other than a PRO lobby. |

Agreed entirely. My new member did the battle academy, went 18/1. We joined OMS, got stomped after five minutes of silence. Joined an ambush and got stomped again. He managed 1/8 and I got 0/4.
We're obviously not bad players as I often run positive numbers until I meet these people who seem to have less of a life than I do. |

The currently best solution is to create an alt and play in the academy instant battles. Those are filled with joy, fun, entertainment and LAVs ... many LAVs. 
Honestly, let your main character take a break, it's the best thing you can do to enjoy Dust. On my main I have a hard time having a positive K/D with so many squads around. On my 500k SP alt I'm the one doing the stomping. |
