I suggest a few thing. These are things that I would like in the game. Not thing I think Should be in the game. Make sure to remember that. Thank you.
Damage Numbers. When you hit a enemy or anything that takes Damage. A small easy to read number will appear quickly to the right of the target you hit. Slowly floating away and fading. The Float and fade go quicker the more damage is applied. As to not clutter the screen. This can have a option to turn off in Option menus. This will help not only tell if you hit the target but allow you to tell how many of your shots hit and quickly count how much damage you are doing to target.
Range Indicator. This can be displayed on your cross hares in a small number to indicate the distance the current object is from the center of your cross hares. This will allow players to tell if target will be hit or not depending on the weapon being used. As it is right now. The information you get when a target is in center of cross hares, is a little unreliable and not something a player can look at in the middle of a gun fight.
This is a wild suggestion. But. Third person view when using Heavy machine guns and Forge Guns. I feel like this will make it alot more fun to use them and really give you a feel of slowly walking up to a player(s) and mowing them down as a hulking warrior.
Optional Helmet removal in Merc quarters and War room. (The Room you are in before a match) Of course this will mean having the ability to customize your characters face. By default, your helmet will not show in merc quarters and war rooms. In EVE, you can make a characters appearance. Why not dust? Alot of games on ps3 can do this. Its possible with how the ps3 preforms. Also it wouldnt need a rendering when helmet is on. So during Battle its not even a issue. And in War rooms, the most amount of people in there would be, 24? That shouldnt be a problem. Let me know what you think about this.
Merc quarters. Have multiple rooms. Main room. The "lounge" , this is where you have a couch and table and the screen. But also have a little game system with a simple 8-bit game to pass the time playing. Also have the screen menus of rankings and battle. Like before. "You room", This will change in size and style depending on race. But it will have a Bed big enough to sleep on, and a smaller room that will have a toilet and shower. Make toilet flush when you get near it and press action on it. Doors open when you walk near them.
"Hanger room", This room is a bigger room where you can have one vehicle that you selected as favorite there. You will be able to walk around this room. Have a window looking out into space with the area your near being displayed. Like a moon or planet if your near one. Or space station. To a smaller corner of that room will be a area where all your weapons will be displayed and this can be your weapon customization table.

Weapon customization Table. This is a table you can walk up to and use or have a tab you can select in menus. When you gain a skill in a weapon. You unlock more modifications to that weapon. When you buy a weapon. For example a Assault Rifle. You can go to that tab. And select "Assault Rifle" and choose how many you want to customize and Mod them to your liking. Then Name them. Which a default of the weapons name with Mod will be there. This weapon will be of different stock then the normal weapon. And when you select that weapon in Fittings. It will allow you to equip it or a normal Rife. Restocking that weapon will restock a Assault Rifle and mod it automatically. Weapon will allow up to a maximum of three modifications. But you have to go further into that weapons skill tree to allow that many mods. Multiple skills will have different type of mods that will unlock and will allow for more mods as well. Like Sharpshooter for AR will allow Scopes with a zoom. As well as accuracy amplification Mods.
Have the market be effected by the players. The prices of items will be effected by the number of them being bought. A item that is really popular will get more expensive. But not by more then 75% of its normal starting price. And Items that dont sell well will drop lower. But not more then 50% of its normal price. This will do two things. It will allow a community to feel like other players are effecting their game and they are effecting others games. And it will allow items that are not very popular to be more affordable. As well as keep over used items from being over used as much.
Stocks. Planetary conquest is great. But how can the Single player feel like they can accomplish something by them selfs? Allow players to buy stocks from corps and sell those stocks to a market. No one will buy those stocks but. You dont really Buy from a player. Its all done like buying a item from the market. What does this do? It for one will allow players to make money as well as support the corp they like. When you buy stocks from a corp, The corp gets the money. A corps worth is by the number of districts they own. So a corp that only has one District. Will have very cheap stocks. A corp that owns alot of districts stock's will be worth alot more. Meaning you can buy alot of stocks from a corp just starting to help them out. And when they become very successful you can sell those stocks and make a huge profit. But you would have to know when to. As if they dont get very powerful. Those stocks will be worthless.
Another thing is Salvaged items. Make those items, items you cannot get from the market. Make them more like aur items but still require the skill for those items. Some will be good. Others will be great. Either way they are items players want. Also allow players use a auction house set up. Where players can sell items they do not want anymore for a lower cost then on the market. As well as salvaged items. Making salvaged items more useful to players who cant use them. Allowing also player the ability to get rid of items they no longer use .
I hope you like my suggestions. I think this will be most fun to see in the game. Let me know what you think.
Thank you. |
