Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Instant Battle Academy meant to be a training ground for new players?
So wouldn't we be gaining more ISK and SP than normal? Getting used to the combat, functions and abilities?
What are the limits? What constitute a newbie? How long are we being kept in there? Because it's gonna take a while to get out of the newbie zone when you're earn hundreds of SP points per skirmish game... |

You're being kept in the Instant Battle Academy until you reach a specific number of war points, not skill points. I think I saw somewhere mention around 10,000 to 20,000 WP's required, but I'm not sure. Can anyone else confirm? I'll update the wiki page if so.
10-20k sounds rather low to me.
You should be able to view your current WP total on your character sheet, or somewhere like that. |

Yes, once a week. Well, tonight for me. Not sure when tomorrow is for you. In about 4.5 hours from this post time.
Second Edit: The reset is of your cap, not of your skillpoints...just in case that wasn't clear. It means you can earn another bunch of skillpoints until you hit the cap or it resets again. |

Also, the stats they track is War Points. Once you have earned enough War Points you should be able to access other battles.
However, also note you can get into all of the battles if you squad up with someone who has access to it all. Put a shout out in Local. :) |

Reset in this context means the SP you can earn in battles is reset back to the full amount (it resets every Wednesday). Once you've hit that cap for the week, you earn 1 SP per WP up to 1000 (active skill booster would bump this up to a total of 1500) in a game. |

Any ideas on the limit of WP? And since the game is glitching and bugging around, I could joint Instant Battle right after an Academy fight. Hopefully that will have that fixed... |
