CCP!! When will we get the Minmatar (not really interested) or Caldari (Caldari FTW) vers. of the AR?

According to the Advancing the Core fanfest video, the answers are "Very Soon" and "Yes"

I wonder if Minmatar ARs will work when a EMP hits. Also, I wonder if EMPs will somehow be added to the game.
I'd really like to use the Gauss Rifle, just sounds so interesting and I wanna see how it works in game. |

We have the Amarr 'Assault Scrambler Rifle' which counts as an AR, it is fully-automatic. We also have the Gallente Plasma Rifle.
I think we're going to get the gauss rifle for Caldari and I have no idea for Minnies. |

The Minmatar AR doesn't use electronics like the other rifles. So if a EMP were to be used, it would still function.
And the Gauss rifle looks cool? |

It's confirmed the upcoming Caldari AR is NOT going to be the Gauss Rifle, it's the Rail Rifle. |
