How about S+D while we're at it? I like being a survivor and helping others survive, one life and you're dead sounds like a niche game mode for medics like me.  |

Gladiator will have CTF. CTF makes no sense in a war context, which is why it will be part of the Arena package.
As far as Demolition, I don't see why not. |

Demolition mode would be good. Destroy installations on an enemy planet. Could be good in PC, as well. Or, there is an enemy ship outside the planet and you need to power up an orbital cannon to take it out. |

Sabotage, from MAG, was a fantastic mode.
From the Wiki:
"For the attacking team, objectives A&B need to be captured and held simultaneously, albeit only for a moment, unlocking the third and final objective, which must be destroyed with some explosive charges. The defending team's objective is to simply stop the attacking team from succeeding."
...and I agree with the OP. Stop adding modes that are merely slight variations to existing modes. Too many modes will splinter the community, and it isn't worth the risk when a number of the modes are simply the same thing. |
