The HAV's and LAV's need some minor adjustments. Their movements are a bit sluggish with controller response times. Also, I can't figure out how to fly a dropship with any of the current button layouts. The button layouts for the dropship are seemingly impossible to get the hang of. I have been trying to get dropships to fly for like 4 months now, and still cant make it work. I can go up, but after that, if I attempt to move in any direction, it always results in crashes. They just flip over on their backsides most times. In Grand Theft Auto and the Mercenaries game franchises, they had helicopters with perfect control schematics. If that were available as a 3rd option for button layouts, then I could actually fly a dropship succesfully for the first time. Until this happens, I will use dropships as gifts for team mates in battles, but refrain from trying to fly them for the time being. Makes no sense to use something over and over without it ever working, ya know? |

+1 Agreed
LAVs should control like the Warthog in Halo, or the Runners in Borderlands. As they are... ugh.
HAVs should be more keep the turret and hull completely independent of one another. Currently, if I move the turret too far to the left or right, the hull will pivot in the opposite direction of what I would expect. The left stick should control the hull, independent of the position of the turret, while the right stick should control the turret, independent of the position of the hull.
Interestingly enough, they stole the awful Scorpion tank controls right from Halo, but didnt steal the Warhog controls... |

I am generally happy with the way LAVs drive, I was driving perfectly and there were little hiccups, this was a VAST improvement over what it was not even a week ago |

Fair enough, but I lament my inability to effectively control the LAVs in this game. Especially considering I am quite proud of my Warthog driving skills. |

major improvement or minor adjustments? The LAVs are exceedingly easy to drive at the moment; I would suggest any difficulty lies with your hand eye coordination and not the game mechanics. same goes for a drop ship.. while not the easiest to fly, I was able to use them to moderate effect my first time flying them; if you still can't after 4 months maybe it's time to consider giving up. This might sound blunt but vehicles should require SOME skill to use, and it appears you're just not meeting the current standard
EDIT: I am all for advocating their improvements, but not at the cost of any required skill. I'll point out that I'm not a vehicle operator generally and don't claim to be skilled in vehicle use, however I think the learning curve for them is about right |

Dropships and LAV controls are pretty much perfect I'd like last builds dropship controls back but they are not bad as they are HAV's need the LAV control scheme badly then vehicle controls will be almost perfect and I would not want to mess with them too much |

The passive aggressiveness is strong in this one. |
