I haven't seen a single one yet :c
Any opinions/reviews on the weapon, and any comparisons against other AV options? I want to try it, but I don't feel like investing the SP or AUR to try the thing out and find I hate it. |

I tried it for a few minutes and its most horrible weapon i've ever used in any FPS ever lol. I could kind of tell from the stats that it didn't sound good at all, and I was right. Only advantage this weapon has over the forge gun that I could think of is that it doesn't need a heavy suit to use. Its pretty poo poo.
Needs at least a 3 shot clip to be any use at all.
Wasn't that impressed with flaylock pistol either. Scrambler rifle was decent though.
I'm personally sticking to my shotgun scout, and sentinel forge. |

Just going to copy/paste what I wrote in another thread because it basically sums it up.

Not hard to use close range you mean... ESPECIALLY if you have to shots in the clip... |

The problem with using it as Anti-Infantry is it's meant to be an AV weapon. I'm fine if people want to use it for Anti-Infantry, but I want an AV weapon I can use on my Assault (or Scout) suit that is a viable alternative to the SL--a weapon that puts too much power into the hands of a questionable tracking system. I already have plenty of Anti-Infantry weapons that are more effective than this thing.
Right now, it doesn't fulfill the AV role well at all for the reasons listed in this thread. |

I got offed with one today. Sadly, that's not saying much-- a rusty table knife would have finished me off at that moment, since I was out of both armor and shield and taking shelter in a nook to hopefully let my pursuers pass me by.

Played around with it on an alt ....Was able to take out manned installations with it with a little dancing .. Did decent damage to a tank while he was sitting still but once it started moving forget it . Problem would have to do some AV nade prep work to kill a tank with it . |

I think if it had a 2-3 shot magazine, with a shell that moves as fast as a swarm missle, that would make it better. maybe Mass driver ammo counts |

Bigger magazine size, faster travel speed, and higher damage. Then it might be okay as an AV weapon. May as well run up to the LAV and try knife the driver out of the seat as it is now.

I can do decently with it, but I only get kills when I flank people, even then I have to immediately run and deal with the reload. Tbh it just isn't worth it. You're better off just going Forge or Mass Driver. |

I use it, or more like TRY to use it, I suck with it lol. Yet to get a kill, I get more kills with my toxin smg and exile AR lol. |
