We are currently looking to assist players globally regarding skill issues in the coming days unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to provide you further information on the re-spec process.
Once the 'Skill' update has been deployed., as mentioned in the Forum Post linked below, you will be able to petition us requesting for the optional re-spec to be applied to your character/account.

In the meantime I would recommend you to keep an eye on the DUST 514 Forums for further information about it.

So...? Look, it's pretty known now that they won't be offering a respec until they release the re-reworking of the skills. Have some patience. |

CCP has mentioned multiple times that the optional respec is coming AFTER they revamp the skill system, you have clearly not read the post detailing it |

This offer will be available once changes to the Skill Tree progression system is deployed to the Tranquility server and we will keep you posted on the date of that deployment
I did not saw any announcment of the date yet.

i may as well help you guys with your Reading Proficiency V
Clearly, not one of you understood what i was trying to get across, so clearly im gunna have to explain it. I sent in my ticket for the respec, TITLED "Skill Respec" as the instructions instructed, the body of this, well written, god crafted ticket, can be summarized like so "[When the respec is handed out Dev Guy, i would like one, please and thank you" |

There is no ETA. But it is displayed prominently in several places that it will happen, one of which happens to be the Dust 514 preloader where you "Press X to go". |
