It's commercial release. Perhaps I suck at the search feature, but no official announcement seems to exist despite a statement by one of your devs that you would make one.
Look, I'm ready to accept a big fat no, that there will not be an AUR refund of merc packs bought back when the purchase agreement stated there would be. I'll be contacting Sony, my credit card people, BBB, etc, but just give us an answer, one way or another.
And finally, as it has been officially deemed commercial release, a lack of an answer simply means those of us that want a refund as the agreement stated will simply need to begin the long, unpleasant process of getting a monetary refund by other means.
CCP, seriously, you're screwing over the customers that have proven they are willing to give you money if you don't address this. It's a free game. I'm not quitting over this, but I'm no longer spending money, nor will I again if this isn't addressed.
To anyone who comes in here qq'ing about how you somehow feel cheated, that we don't deserve anything, that the terms magically change whenever a company wants them to without repercussion . . . move along or don't post (I know, I know, trolls will be trolls). |

They have offerred you a reset feature where you can reset all of your SP and get back the AUR you have purchased to reuse. |

you should really read the forums and use te search tool.
CCP said any one who wants there Aurum must take a full RESET everything back to zero, that includes SP and ISK. Then you will get all your aurum back if you baught it and any other items before January build. |

lol. I love when people pop in threads about stuff that has nothing to do with them. And as stated, trolls ignore signs that say no tresspassing, keep off grass. You're everything wrong with this planet man if you think it's okay for companies to change their purchase agreements after you made the purchase so as not to honor it. Now, if they connected it to a SP reset, fine. That's their perogative, but in that event they are the ones loopholing the system to screw over customers that have the audactty to expect what they paid for.
Regardless, simple question really: Where is the official statement? That was the gist of this, yet trolls, trolls, trollolololl. |
