I found it out. Planets are glitches. Won't let me cap it. Or buy clones, unless I attack a planet that Isnt glitches |

Yeah I was one of the people, just the planet I had selected beforehand, which has several districts that I can select and still are not claimed, apparently won't let me claim them. Everyte I hit select I get a spinning circle for a few seconds then nothing happens. |

Select planets in each of those systems are blue and you can see the district squares (you can even click on them). They looked like every other planet/district that is currently occupied in every way before downtime. |

Then a LUCKY 10 got Early access and Snagged up a bunch of Districts or a Whole Planet.
