CRUs should not simply be spawn points, but instead should have their own independent clone count that adds to the clone reserves of the holder. Capturing an enemy's CRU would add to your team's clone count, and deplete the enemy's. This would make CRUs a more desirable strategically valuable installation in a battle, and make them more than just a liability in Ambush. I would suggest that each CRU could have a 20 extra clone value. |

20 is way, way too much. A regular Ambush has 50 clones. You mean to suggest that depending on where one team spawns, the other should instantly have to fight a 30:70 war? Or do you mean to suggest that depending on where one team spawns, the other is instantly fight 50:70? |

Yeah, perhaps 10 clones per CRU, but that is depleted as people use them, so that late in the game, the CRUs could be empty.

Definitely a good idea there. Would give people a reason to actually want to take and -HOLD- their CRUs for reasons other than just spawning.
Could definitely make Ambush OMS more of a blood feud and less of a firefight. |

I'm not sure how much this goes against the "lore" of the game, but what about controlling a CRU actually generating clones for your team?
Say, 1 for capturing it, and one for every minute held afterwards?
This way, you not only get points for hacking it to your team and proving a spawn point, but also clones that can now be generated for your team. Would give a much larger reason for players to capture them instead of spawn camping. |

Honestly, I just hate that they're a really hard to kill spawn point. It's like... The Super Drop-uplink. Having any other purpose would be pretty cool, to be honest. |
