step 1- get jeep
step 2 kill them with jeep or push them into red zone.
step 3 if all else fails lure and army of red dots to them. |

I tried really hard to whole an event so everyone would AFK but not enough people joined so it's still in the game, sorry I failed you ;_; |

um.. I can see that AFK should be lower on their priority scale than other fixes. Let's see- sticking to every edge on the game as you run by, sticking to terrain, etc is a higher priority than dealing with AFK.
The only people who care about AFK are middle of the road or worse players who have issues with obsessing over other's actions because they need to find a reason to justify why they are not doing good. Good players either AFK themselves, or don't care about AFKers because they are good regardless. |

RAAHing (Running Away And Hiding) - because, hey, that is what it really is, not this AFK butthurt nonsense - is a necessary part of the game now due to the ridiculous SP costs to advance anything.

Every game i've played today I see blue dogs all huddled together on the other side of the map not moving and way out of sniper range. Either some people decided AFK ambush was a good idea, or people are just too afraid to go find the enemy now so they just camp in one corner of these giant maps.
The game play now seems to be each side stays on a seperate side of the map with neither side pushing, and the only kills come from people who spawn on the wrong side of the map.
I've put so much time into this game thinking it would be something... but it launches tomorrow and that scares me. It's not ready. |

Great!!
That means more kills for me as I hate three tanks on my team getting all the kills and us infantry fighting over that poor lone orange bunny that managed to avoid the tanks.
No tanks and most of the bluedots AFK? Great since it means that at least I will get to kill some orange bunnies. |

How to get 1000+ WP without being part of the battle:
Step 1 (Optional): Place your AUR Uplinks anywhere and rush to the nearest depot to grab a Forge Gun.
Step 2: Call in a strong LAV.
Step 3: Go around the map to blow up all installations and any enemy Bolas with a Forge Gun. |

I like Free Kills, not sure that about guy.
i have started to see this stupid trend since May 6th. The dumb thing is that game doesn't end for 1-2 minutes until someone finds these scrubs.
The slightly bigger TDM maps were needed because the Triangle TDM map was not even worth anyone's time to play it. |

no worries they fixed the skirmish battle bug so all AFKers are going back there again. plus it was good on my ISK for the AFKing, no one found me out of the 15 times I did it. |

possible way to stop afkers on edge of large maps... fluctuate the boundrys as objectives and installations are captured.
the more null cannons you hold the more the enemy boundry's shrink thereby killing of some afkers who will then either be kicked while afk in the spawn selection menu or would be forced to respawn. as the whole point is to be hidden and afk this would reduce the amount of afk'rs
give installations and turrets a boundry's which expands your boundry around it but decreases the enemy's but only to the extent of the border boundry.
auto kick anyone who is killed by a boundry death who doesnt get a kill but is killed by a boundry again.
with this people have to be actively avoiding being border killed and auto kicked.( while your doing that you could be killing instead)
also add a signature increase to anyone standing still and not doing anything for long periods of time( snipers will be active i.e zooming/scanning the horizon etc so active and not recieving the debuff). ultimately making you 100% detectable regardless of skills on the big map even to the point of flashing so the enemy knows your afk.(if killed while at this sig radius you will be auto kicked).just make the debuff last untill you kill someone or capture something
just a few suggestions that i think would reduce afk alot |

Would players rake in SP/ISK by not doing anything when AFKing in the entire match? I think the system should automatically kick idle/AFK players out after a certain period of time. But one thing is that we shouldn't assume that all players that are in the corners of the maps are AFKing. Some of them could be snipers. I'm sure they're always relocating and moving around all the time out of sight. |

CCP doubled the size of the maps and left the player count at 16 while reducing everyone scan radius. It doesn't take Miss Cleo to predict what effect those changes would have on game play. |
