TL;DR 2 descriptions of what's in the new merc packs don't match. Vet pack will be either an Assault rifle BPO or an Assault suit BPO, Elite pack will either have 75x oddly named HAV BPCs or 75x varying Assault drop suits.
So there are 2 places that reference the new merc packs that are coming out.
The first is here on the forums:

I will provide a list of what both say, to save people that don't want to look at the separate pages themselves and highlight the differences. I will also ask anyone from CCP that can to clarify which one of these are correct, although if I were to take a wild guess I would say the front page, since it had a newer post date, and the names make more sense if the Elite things are Dropsuits, not HAVs.

I'm sure they aren't worried. You just expressed desire to pay money for content, just not the current content. I am sure once they have all the suits/weapons/etc released you will see racial packs along with all manner of packs. You'll pay for what you want then, yea? |

Really? Have you looked at it? You still $100 dollars worth of Aurum and THEN you get all of that extra stuff instead of the 40,000 extra Aurum. |

I really wish that I can learn what the skill requirements of the BPO suits and weapons are before purchasing, if I can't equip it, why would buy the pack? I'll just get the regular Aurum packs instead.
Can you point me to that information?
