I know some scouts can stack speed modules and become lightning fast. My question is:
Does anyone else see them skip across the screen as if your frames per second are only 5 instead of the actual 30+?
There is fast, and there is server/client lag that can't keep up with rendering. I think there is a rendering issue. |

Yup. A friend of mine has proto catalysers, it's a joke trying to hit him unless he's heading straight for you.
I wan't scouts to be able to sprint that fast, it's awesome, but I want to be able to see them too. |

I hit 9.73 with my caldari assault... Movement speed is still slow but sprinting is epic. |

Sadly I don't think it can which is BS IMO.
Gal scount : 7.6 low slot 4 !!!
Minnie scount : 7.9 low slot 2
I havn't done the maths but i'm guessing the Gal is faster.
But Fuk you anyway i'll keep my 25% nova dmg increase :P
The thing is it doesn't make sense the armour diff alone should make the gal much slower say down to about 7.2 base speed. |

They should probably tick the Min Scout up on base sprint speed so it will be as fast as Gal Scout (if both are using Max KC) - IMO that would somewhat balance out the fact that they have the two fewer low slots.
People see the 3 High slots but equipping that with the lower CPU/PG isnt going to be easy unless you will use Myofib which is overkill or Precision scanner which may be fine (though others say then you should use Gal).
Whatever - cant have it all I guess. |

I think its pretty balanced at the moment. Gall can go faster but won't be as survivable. |
