So, i noticed a repeat announcement of the three new dust 514 packs that will be dropping on the 14th.
Seems the elite 100$ pack got changed.
150 copies of HAVs were replaced with 150 copies of cheap, easily attainable assault suits.
It might just be me, but i just can't seem to grasp how 150 copies of useless assault dropsuits are an acceptable substitute for 150 HAVs.
Lowering the price from 100$ or providing a better substitute is an acceptable request, no? |

99% of the community really don't care what comes with the merc pack other than the aurum to buy passive boosters and the 30 day actives that comes with them.
If CCP wanted to come out with a merc pack that people cared about they need one that contains only a 30 day active and a 30 day passive. Right now the boosters are overpriced. |

Upon fishing up the link, i realized what i saw. An old announcement here has the simple error of showing said assault dropsuits at the bottom, tagged as HAVs.

True, i agree and all.
But if it came down to getting a bunch of assault suits (which i'll never skill to become proficient at) or HAVs i can throw down to have a little fun here and there...i'd rather get some HAVs.
On a side note, i did think 150 copies of HAVs were a bit of an overkill. So i suppose 50 is still just as good

Veteran Pack is missing the Covenant Assault Rifle originally published in the forum post: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=75410&find=unread
The Elite pack is missing the better HAV's even though the text in the blog posting states that "50 copies each of three different devastating heavy vehicles." Only the Sica (x50) are listed. However, they have added better Assault suits. Could this just be a typo due to confusion? Listing Assault dropsuits instead of Heavy Assault Vehicles? |
