There is a box like thing coming off of the right side of the repair tool that when "firing" becomes central in the screen and REALLY easy to see but currently does nothing.
I move to put a meter for armor (and shields too (if I'm repping someone who I know has low max armor but high shields and think they might get shot I keep repping until they get a good amount of shields unless someone needs immediate attention.)
As well as have it display the distance from them at the top of the box so I know if I need to follow them or can stand still.
This way Logibros can focus on other things like looking around for enemies trying to flank them and trying to find the next person to heal instead of having to look at the person to be able to see their health bar. |

Please take note CCP. It doesn't really matter if its on the repair tool itself, us logibros need to be able to look around and still see how close we are to the person we're healing and how much health they have.
It could be like the feedback from the active scanner and be fed straight into our HUD, we just need to be able to see it in an unobtrusive way. |

When repairing someone their information stay in the bottom left and recives life updates instead of freezing on whatever the stats were when you started. |

Adding health bars to the lock icon whilst the target is off screen might not be a bad idea.

Just remembered something checked it and it might be a problem:
Some of the repair tools allow you to have more than one target. This could complicate displaying the info becauseit would need to display BOTH of the targets info, which might clutter up the screen a bit.
If it's put on the box on the right side of the repair tool (quick side note, the in-game model when using it sometimes makes it look like the box is just floating there) two side by side meters for their armor (or armor and shields if Devs could do it without making everything so small you cant differentiate between meters) and some sort of display somewhere that tells distance. |

GENUIS! HAPPY INSPIRATION!!! Just thought: The lock reticule is square, why not put vertical bars representing health on each side?
Then display the distance to target on the top or bottom. Could be done with a horizontal bar that displays the % of the max range, or by actually showing the distance numerically. (still has th problem of more than one target means more than one health meter/distance meter. How do we tell which distance meter goes with which health meter? Besides from experience.) |
