OK so i have 2 questions i am new to the game so sorry if this has already been answered b4.
1. How do i get districts for my corp.
2 how do i use my orbital bombardment people on my team seem to be able to but i am not. |

1. You can after may 16. when ccp officially release the game. Its called planetary combats (PC).

Precision strike becomes available as the squad leader when your squad has accumulated enough warpoints together.
I believe I read that it was 2500. |

1. Will be able after May 14.
2. When your squad gets 2500 war points, hit left on the D-Pad --->Off Map Support--->Orbital--->Warbage. Then select where you want to put it. Only the squad leader can do this. |

thanks peeps lost of help i look forward to makeing a plantet for my corp wounder if i will also defnd it from eve already like the bombardment thing for dust wond what they will do for owned planets |

First, on 5/14 (Tomorrow!) There will be 'Planetary Conquest'. This will allow you to set up corp battles and fight for districts.
To place an Orbital Bombardment (OB), you must be the leader of a squad and have a total of 2500 War Points. War Points are awarded for things like killing (+50 Kill), or Hacking. There's more, but I won't make a list. I'd suggest joining a training corp, if you are a new player. My corporation: 'Bojos School of The Trades' is a very good place to be, if you need help. There's also 'Dust University'. I'd go to 'Corporation Recruitment' and check out both of the schools, to see which one fits you most. :)

Honestly, I would bring your hopes up too much. With the initial landgrab that is coming today all the big alliances and corporations will probably conquer most, if not all of Molden Heath in just the few minutes and hours after downtime ends. And unless you have 80 million ISK to buy a clone back, you're pretty much screwed if you find yourself out of empty dristricts.

And as for the bombardment thing, try to find an EVE player, preferably a friend, willing to risk their ship to fly into lowsec and bombard your chosen district. And unlike in instant battles, there will be friendly fire, so you have to be careful on where you shoot while conquering planets. |
