I just now tried out some basic Nova Knives, and WOW they're fun! I died a lot, but I don't care, that was far more intense than the Assault rifle!
who else has tried these out? |

Put all 11m sp into minmitar proto scout with knives maxed, along with speed, endurance, and shields/shield extenders. So much fun!!! |

Everything you can do with nova knives you can do better with shotguns.
Despite that...
Nova Knife > Shotgun
Killing someone with knives is the second most rewarding aspect of this game. |

I got a Winmatar scout alt that I've been playing on the side until they fix Mass Drivers. I cornered an assault in the complex when he was reloading and felt like ****ing predator when I carved him up as he bunny hoped in desperation.

stack shields on an adv light frame suit, no light weapon, and a speed mod, and you got yourself a cheap suit that is quite effective in flanking and stabbing red dots. |
