You have been returned to your mercenary quarters.
I get this message most of the time trying to enter a match in either ambush or skirmish. Never had this happen before the hotfix. Just letting moderators know. Didn't know whether to put this post in the bugs thread or general, since this is the first time this has been happening today. |

Just popping in to say I was getting this for a while earlier, then started lagging hardcore and had to quit out of dust. |

resetting connection to client is normally the answer. It happens repeatedly sometimes
But this has happened to me twice today as well. |

Happened 9 times to me today T.T
I had to wait for 3 of these messages to pop up before getting into a real match. Then I had to wait another 3 black screens for a game. Then another 3 black screens!... See the pattern? |

It happened to my buddy and i repeatedly earlier today. We hem and hawed about restarting the client, but he was like well.. let's just kill the squad and set it up again.
And it worked! Maybe if others can give that a shot we can see if it was a coincidence or the cause of the problem. |

I've had the same issue with a corp mate, and usually this fixes the 'returned to quarters' deal; a client reset will for sure get it fixed.
But today we've been seeing a black screen, followed by a "Connection to host has been lost". Tends to happen out of the blue, and only on one game type consistently [Skirmish or Ambush/Ambush OMS]. In this case, a reset or a squad wipe doesn't do the trick. Not sure if this is the same issue you guys are talking about, but it seems relatively the same [comparing to DeadlyAztec].
From what I can see with the issue my corp mates and I faced is that sometimes the player is 'stuck' on an already finished game for a certain game type. So say you finish an ambush game. From there on out, the player is set to the already finished game, so every time you search for that game type, the server is trying to put you back into that already finished game; however, it's not there, so the client gets confused [black screen], and eventually gives up and kicks you out back to quarters [Connection to host has been lost...] |

We confirmed it. You do not need to restart the client. Just redo your squad.
