Because you acted very quickly to fix some "things" and make the game better. At least, you do it faster than before and that's a good sign.
It's important to "highlight it" as we do with the problems and bad things. |

We all need to calm down a bit, CCP is making good progress; that being said it will be a while before everything has a role and is balanced. Pointing out problems and discussing them is fine but I can't fathom how someone quits a beta because it is unbalanced or something got nerfed. Relax, give it time, and take it as change. |

So long as they do something about the mouse SOON ... I'm not the best shot at the best of times ... but I haven't killed anyone outside of a vehicle since the new build ... I can't use that daft controller piddly little joystick thing when you lot are happy with it, never mind now with the complaints about it's sensitivity etc. |

We still have 4 days left until official release and so far I like the changes. I never played heavy suits nor operated tanks before and rarely drive an LAV but I'm happy for the folks who got the buffs. All that's left now is to address the following:
1. Mass Drivers not being effective.
2. Vehicle Skill tree is a bit out of whack. Example: Skill books saying one thing but giving another.
3. Terrain problems as I get stuck near a structure.
4. Where is my ISK DESTROYED stat? |

Actually they are behind. They are about to launch (4 days) and the hit detection/aiming in this build is atrocious. Makes you wonder why these multiple issues weren't found out in closed CCP testing though doesnt it?
I give them props for fixing so many bugs in back to back days, great to see. Anytime a game company can admit mistakes and then try and put out fixes for those problems in this short of a time frame is impressive.

I play with a mouse too, I turned mouse smoothing off and it has been acceptable for me. I play FPSs very intermittently though so my opinion shouldn't be taken as gospel lol. |

1. mainly because of no AOE other then that they are okay if you hit people directly
2. yeah IDK about those
3. Once in a while it's okay but it happens almost every game
4. I would like that stat as well |

Agreed.
Still two major issues to fix: getting stuck on terrain and structures, and massive lag in CQC. |

@ Jax Saurian actually the MD is still a bit "off" besides even the radius nerf. As others have pointed out the actual projectile travels above the smoke trail. It can be adjusted for but the MD in my opinion still needs some work.
But in general I agree if we are going to bash the devs when they "mess up" we should also give them some love when they respond to community concerns |

Some of us nerds need to chill the F out. If I had 1sp for every cry baby that threatened to quit I could stop AFK farming 4 life. Glad to see so much passion in the community, but Jesus. One scrub even posted a monoclegate comparison. Lol.
Anyways, there were some good constructive threads too. There will never be consensus, and nerd rage will never be quenched on the Internet. +1 to CCP for listening and making progress. Fanboi out! :-) |

Rage aside, things are looking better in terms of just patching things through and communicating as a whole, so props for that at least.

Edit: I've heard mixed things about aiming so far. Anyone notice anything significant or is it still wonky? Aim scaling seems to be working for me now!
