Ya looks like an old VHS tape that needs tracking. But definitely a strobe effect to it. |

Thankfully have found a fix - reduce your screen scale a little - under System Operation / Options |

Yeh, there's a bleeding white light at the bottom of the screen, sometimes goes away during a game, and then comes back again. |

Update:
We have isolated and fixed the problem - however, it will take some time before we can get the fix out to you guys.
The problem is related to the sceen scaling and so the information posted by REDRUM JACK will work - alternatively follow these instructions:
Open your Neocom, setect SYSTEM OPERATIONS, OPTIONS, then go to the VIDEO tab and set SCREEN SCALE to 100, then set it back to what ever value you normally use.

Yes I had my screen maxed at 100 originally - reduced it down to around 88% which helped a lot. But can now confirm its still present from time to time, to a lesser degree. |

Alot of players are stopping to play because of this, i would strongly recommend you push out this fix asapzulu, since its really F*cking with peoples health. |

I don't personally suffer seizure's - but the effect was certainly burning a sickness inducing hole in the back of the Eye. Honestly, the fix indeed needs to go out as soon as humanly. |
