I paid this suit for quite a hefty amount of aurum (around $10 worth) and now I can't use it because it takes SP to use now. The SP required for these new skill trees is not proportional to the skill points earned however, this is an entirely different issue.
Surely, there must have been many upset players that found that they were not reimbursed from their aurum paid Raven suit and filed complaints/tickets.
I realize that reimbursing players with aurum can be a hassle and troublesome as their maybe other technical issues in the aftermath.
An easy fix is to make the Raven BPO usable again WITHOUT any skill points required. I paid $10 for it. I should be able to use it or have some kind of refund.
It was fine pre-Uprising so why did you guys change it? |

all of the standard BPO suits are in the same boat and they did require skills but it was only lv1 of the skill that went with that dropsuit class
i dont mind them having skill reqs what i dont like is that u need something like 1700k sp to even consider using one as a tank driver i cant spare that kinda sp to use the suit so now its 20k AUR wasted on something i wont be able to use for a long long time
my suggestion was modifying the requirements for all dropsuits but the basics and prototypes
in the case of the race specific BPO's being standard type dropsuits reducing the requirements from -race- dropsuit lv5 to -race- dropsuit lv1 so that players can generally get into specialized suits faster (this would lower the sp cost from around 1.5-1.8m sp to about 100k) which i think would be fairly reasonable

CCP: take your blueprint back and give me back my 19900 AUR.
I bought the Raven suit because it was REALLY cheap SP wise to use and it was a good alt/support for me. I play mostly Scout... BUT IM NOT GONNA SPEND 1 million + SP for a suit i dont main.... |

Oh yeah, it did require the first level of that dropsuit skill. My mistake. However now in this build, it takes far more SP to use something I paid for. On my Drake435 account, I can't afford to waste ANY SP into something extra because I only have 5,5 million to use. |

o ya i completely understand im a 3.9m sp tanker i cant afford to waste half my sp to use a standard BPO dropsuit and i had bought the suit to play logi when i had to run infantry that way my equipment would help make up for my disadvantage on the battlefield(team contribution wise) but now i cant use it and 20k aur wasted that i could have used for other BPO's i could use
in all honesty tho id rather a change that allowed me to use it over a refund i hate being forced to use the fossil over the sever i really miss that equipment slot |

Make the tribute BPO take 1rst level of racial frame size skill to use. this would be close match to what they were before.
Sever logi needs Minmatar Med. frame Lv1 Raven Assault needs Caldari Med. frame Lv1 Valor Scout needs Gallente Light frame Lv1
So, they would act like basic suits until somebody spent sp to spec into the normal specialist suit, then they would get the bonus. Like the dragonfly scout, although it needs no skills at all. |

I would have preferred this and if they do it I will happy rebuy. I now have 39600 AUR spare waiting
