Nope, but they want to take Light Weapon slots from logis:

(The need for better side arms is needed for this to work such as carbines. or other lighter versions of current light weapons ie a single tube launcher as a side arm match against the mass driver with special effect shots or an RPG like launcher to downsize the swarm launcher)
(option for dual wielding one handed sidearms should be made as well)
Wanna play some DCUO with me? It's buggy and imbalanced, so it'll feel like Dust. But they already nerfed everything there. |

S'all good. I was considering going back to PC anyway, the playerbase is more mature on that end. |

Also, I don't see what's wrong with the MD. I've seen it melt faces many, many times. It has more range than everything short of sniper rifles. Your problem is that you can't aim. |
