AM I GETTING MY FULL AUR REFUND? I think it's dirty of ccp to only offer merc pack refunds prior to jan 24. I bought items after that, including several 20k voucher. If that's how ccp wants to be, ill spend my cash else where.
As for the game, ITS A JOKE! What most people don't realize is that fact that ccp did a full sp RESET on the 6th. Making all the sp we earned worth nothing. |

They're unfairly offering a conditional refund requiring us to accept a character reset instead of the full credit the Merc Pack description offered us when we paid. Merc Pack customers who bought the pack before the change in terms have solid grounds to say this "offer" isn't what we paid for. your argument is that you bought AUR after being told "this is it, no more resets, nothing" and now you want it reset even though you were clearly advised before making your purchase that this wasn't going to happen. You chose to buy it and got what you paid for. Merc Pack buyers - some of us, at least - read what we were buying, and have now had the conditions changed on us.

And this is a flat-out lie. They didn't reset our SP. They simply unallocated it. If you had accumulated more than the 500,000 SP you start with, it got refunded to you so you could skill into different things now that a whole range of new items has been added. Immediately after the updated, I signed into an account where one of my characters had almost exact on 3.5 million SP. When i signed in, he didn't have 500,000 SP, he still had 3.5 million. |
