It's just been a few days since they released the update for Dust 514 a FREE GAME, they are trying and they have to make changes in their mistakes without multiplying them as they do it but while hearing a lot of people complaining to them as it happens. Just help them out we are in this together we overlook their mistakes and react and so they can fix them while also giving them better game play advice. This game is so revolutionary in the gaming world don't let it die out over some mistakes.

Dude, HTFU. Everyone who has wanted to be competitive has at one point or another put money into this game.
We all love CCP for trying to make the game, but don't justify failure. |

seeing people you cant hit with a gun because of "range" and being killed by unrendered enemy models. Bad controls, non working equipment, poorly laid out sp chart, imba weapons list goes on. |

they have a section in the forum for that. where they actually take in account what the feedback and bugs are to fix next patch |

People actually think Free to Play is playing for free?
Most of us here on the forum spent money on this game. Expecting something =/= feeling entitled. If you spend money on a product, and the product is faulty, would you not return it? Would you not ask for your money back or an exchange?
Well unfortunately the gaming industry is different. You cannot ask for you money back, and the most you can do is what people are doing now. Demanding a better product.
Adapt you say? Adapt to bad hit detection? Adapt to horrible aiming mechanics? Adapt to unbalanced gameplay? Adapt to CCP's mis-wording on skills? Adapt to broken weapons that was accidentally over nerfed?
What world do you live in where people who spend money just "HTFU"? Customers have a right to voice their concerns. While I agree some take it too far, but I can also see their side of the argument.
The fact that everyone here is on the forum shows we want this game to succeed cuz we're tired of the copy paste insta COD success BS out there.

Wait, actually, this makes sense. This game is free, and even though you might have real life money invested in it, you should at least give them a week to fix this issue. You may have to go a day or so without playing to avoid the unnecessary frustration that comes with the joys of being involved with a game in BETA (granted they can only hide behind the beta tag so much longer hehe).
Im just taking this time to better observe how the build is going on, what changes are being discussed. Its all a game changer that we, for the most part, will have to adjust to. I placed points where i figured most use would be as a logi, and have yet to pick a weapon as I wanna jump on that scrambler rifle bandwaggon. Even then, il let you guys test them for me before I spend my points lol. Dance Puppets! Dance!
I have some faith in CCP and im sure they will see the most trying, "game breaking" issues to be repaired first, and all the other problematic bugs to be tweaked over the next week or two. You're going to be OK, things will work out! Take a break and reflect on what you really wanna be on the battlefield and put real thought into it. It takes time to build up. Cheer up Dust Bunnies!

Whenever I gave feedback on heavies or simply ask a question, I'll always get the assault guys coming in "HAHAHA ANOTHER QQ THREAD"...

I'm fine with cutting them a break as long as they recognize and work out the bugs. a new "waaaahhhh tanker QQ" thread every hour isn't helpful but pointing out bugs and things that require attention is part of the gig.
EDIT: also " it's a free game" is not a valid excuse. they want it to be a triple a shooter. there are any number of excuses that are valid but that isn't one.
4,815,162,342... big number? it's the number of lines of code in minecraft. think about that, minecraft not CoD or battlefield but minecraft. now imagine how many lines are in dust...
updates take time, a little more than 3 days perhaps. |

Game balance is NOT PvP.
At the point where you're jumping in feedback threads laughing at people who had their class nerfed because they've killed you before, you're ******* up everything for all of us. |

We were led to believe the new content wasn't coming to us with poorly-implemented acceleration on our sixaxis controllers, the same acceleration applied for no comprehensible reason at all to mouse aim, and with a rework of vehicles that actually improved them instead of being a hard nerf.
We were also led to believe the build had been through a solid QA process, the likes of which should never have resulted in players needing to train infantry skills to get vehicle modules, or vehicle skills with descriptions so incorrect they barely relate to what the skill actually does. |
