CCP,
Please make a forum room for people you choose that offer not only good feedback, but constructive criticism and positive feedback.
The rest of your forums have been over run with negativity and the sheer volume of those posts drown out the useful topics. I am sure it's become difficult for the devs to weed through all the BS to find the info they need. |

I believe you are looking for the CPM room? it's is usually locked, but you can slip notes under the door. |

Once we vote a CPM in, make them the mods of the room. |

I'm glad you said that. For clarification, that's exactly what I meant. The onus is on CCP only for the invites. The elected CPM can be the mods. I have nothing against the current CPM, but it is important that the mods consist of a CPM that are voted in. Democracy rules! Once CPM elects are voted out, they cease to mod. The newly elected are the next mods. Kind of like a senate.
We just need a place to advance the core as it were. The current forums are a mess of the worst magnitude, and that will never cease to be.
We need place to get down to the nitty gritty in making the game better with all the immature whining filtered out. Unfortunately, the current community is all on board with drowning out the usefulness of these forums based on their perspective, be it well founded or not.
That is not to say the open forums should be ignored. We just need a player filter from the open forums. Otherwise it is 10x the effort to get anything done. Another thing, if an invitee goes off the rails and QQs- they should be kicked out.
Think of CPM as the senate, and the invited players are the house (U.S. political analogy- but that's what I know best). The other players are the voters/citizens.
If anyone cares- I would put up a nomination list, and exclude myself. I don't care if I am in it.. I really just want a productive discourse that advances the core. |
