I have Vehicle Engineering - Level 5. This skill should give me 25% bonus to PG on my Gunnlogi. But after skilling up for months upon months to get a good tank this is what I get:

Gunnlogi PG (Default) - 1805
Gunnlogi PG (w/ Vechile Engineering 5) - 1841

It is obvious that this is only a 2% difference, therefore the game is only recognizing the Vehicle Core Skill (which I have at 2). There is no issue with the Vehicle Electronics. In a competitive game this effects every tank I have built since Uprising, my output in every match, and play time as all my skill points are in Vehicles (and vehicles are borken). There is no point to play and gain SP because nothing further can be fitted on the tank with the Vehicle Engineering skill broken. I can not believe that this has not been quickly noticed and addressed at his a terminal malfunction for every person skilled into Vehicles. This must be fixed as I, and many others, spent the vast majority of my SP on tanks leaving minimal for a ground troop. I knew going in that was going to be the case, and I was fine with that as it was a sacrifice to have a great tank. But in the present situation, I have no soldier and a broken tank. Honestly the game should be stopped and immediate server downtime until this is fixed. Screwing up something fundamental as this is unprofessional and careless.

Every single person that has played and gained SP in dropsuits, upgrades, and weaponry, can get a prototype fit with a Duvolle or Boundless Heavy Machine Gun. I have played and gained the requisite SP and I can not do the same thing with my tank, and that is thoroughly unfair, upsetting, and requires an admission of your mistake along with actions to make it right.
