2. Division of funds for different purposes (i.e. corp HAV fund, PC fund, etc)
3. Wallet access restrictions when corp roles expand and can be customized

What you guys are seeing there are actually the EVE side wallet divisions of your Corp. In EVE, Corps can have multiple Divisions, for example focusing on different aspects of a production chain or what have you, and these Divisions have seperate Wallets they can use, to track everything to do with that division etc. People with access to the Division Wallets can be given only access to specific Divisions for security, etc.
Once more Corp Management features come in, and they open up ISK flow between the two games, it is likely that the seperate "DUST Division" will go away, and have the money merged into the Main Wallet.
As an example of the functionality this would give, along with Corp Hangars etc:
You have 3 Divisions, Assaultbros, Logibros and Heavybros. The heads of these Divisions/Units, given access to the specific Division Wallet, then restocks a large amount of preset fittings into the Division's "Hangar", and each Member of the Division could use fittings made up and ready in this Corp Hangar.
DISCLAIMER: This is pure speculation on my part, based on how EVE works and the fact that we have been given visibility of the whole Corp Wallet, not just DUST side. |
