They also have 5 high and 4 low at proto, pretty much making them superior to an assault for killing and versatility as well.

Gallente logi is really the superior support logi with minmatar very close, if the equipement costs werent as high as they were id gone minmatar again.

Your total investment for lvl 5 medium frame that you need before getting your first level in logi is 1.865 million

Mix of armor/shield base HP Hacking bonus is one that you will use in most fights at some point. The Caldari one was very tempting, it was the flux 'nades and scrambler rifle that swung it for me, if they don't have such a big impact then I may regret it. The Amarr with a massdriver + sidearm sounds like fun as well.
