Hello everyone,
Many of you noticed that when you utilized the Collector's Edition preorder code that you received 1-Run BPCs instead of BPOs as advertised. Last night we deployed a hotfix that should have restored the BPOs, even if you had already used the item. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know. |

I pre-ordered through amazon within a day of the announcement and have yet to receive my codes. Any idea on when this may be incoming? |

Does Amazon list any preorder bonuses? So far I thought only preorders made through https://store.eve.com/ would receive the bonus items. I received my EVE code instantly, the Dust code arrived a few days ago (as it wasn't ready before Uprising I guess). So now you should receive both almost instantly I'd say. |

I preordered the collector's edition through EVE.com and I've received part of the items that were listed as electronic items I would receive in game. I received the Jove BC and the Amarr named probe ship for my EVE account, but the BPO wasn't part of the package. As for my Dust514 account, I have not received anything for that account. I emailed Musterbrand Service Department and they were quick to help resend my codes, but they did not reply to the issue of missing Dropsuits or the BPO I never recieved. I hope this problem will eventually be corrected, otherwise I will request that my money be refunded in full. |

the suits are part of the package you will receive in October, the only pre-order dust item is the drop uplink, the eve item is the nef. thrasher |

The Amazon version does not include the pre order items, when you order from eve.com you get the uplink and jove bc as stated earlier and we'll get the other items in October/November when we get the physical items |

wow... really? here i had expected that the DUST loot would be available considerably sooner than 5-6 months AFTER its release... but i had also made an assumption of the delivery date was probably limited to the physical items, which may or may not have needed production and delivery done... teach me to have faith in online orders... |
