I live in Sydney, Australia and although I know Uprising has only just been released it seems as though the player counts have dropped through the floor. I played the beta to death for 6 months and particularly in the last few months battles were always close to full at all times. Or the last day or so I've been wandering around on my own, the maps have been a ghost town.
I play at 5am Aus time which is prime time Europe and pretty good in the US. My Dust region is set to auto.
So, where'd everybody go? If you're not there I can't shoot you. Go D3LTA FORC3. |

Unfourtunately you complaints mirrors of those in austrila playing in eve online. I wished I could move a whole continent of gamers in your zone but there aren't that many asians what like euro styled games. |

Few possibilities:
1. They already capped so why play?
2. The game is giving people so much lag that they are not playing.
3. People are so fed up they are not playing.
4. Some people may not play until it is changed in some manner
Honestly, I think it is the first two combined together. After any patch, it has so much lag that it is difficult to play. Combined with them being capped, why not just wait until the lag clears up a bit? Or maybe all of the Australians are currently on European / American servers.

At peak times, the game has almost - ALMOST 5000 simultaneous players.
The new build has MAJOR issues that are throwing a lot of us off. I'm not playing as much as I would if it was still Chromosome, which, while starting to feel stale, was at least consistently playable and had vehicles that actually work with skills that actually work.
I'm HOPING they can straighten everything out before release... or that they can admit they kittened up and postpone release until Uprising is fixed. Either one would work. |
