Dude aren't you a tanker? Caldari tanks have free low slots for damage mods. |

Hybrid, stack armor on Caldari Tanks and Shields on Gallente Tanks, you'll be the best I promise. |

Yes I was a tanker last build. This build I'm waiting to see if CCP actually lost their minds when it came to tank nerfing before I start skilling into different tanks. |

also main turrets dont hit **** unless u are on even ground with them |

railguns are nerfed. last build i used an advanced compressed particle accelerator with 3 damage mods. i one shotted installations, somas, and sicas. THIS BUILD, SAME fit, takes 2 shots for installations and 3-4 for somas....nuff said. once i see a railgun now, i call my blaster madrugar, run right up to his ass (tanking all his shots till he overheats) and kill him. railguns arn't scary anymore dude. |

If you only want to do Railgun Sniper and never have to worry about returning fire, Armor Tanks hands down. Put damage modifiers in your low slots for maximum damage. You can even use a Soma and get similar effects, you just will be really flimsy.

passive skills were bugged u were doin ALOT more dmg than u should with rails before |

Railgun damage skills got fixed. Can't one-shot everything any more... except when you consider that PG can't be increased correctly, so that prevents a decentlt-tanked HAV from countering your sniper fit.
Missiles are pretty good now though, so your best bet is probably Shields just because armour will be more vulnerable. Also, no more Forge Starter Fits, so Swarms are going to be more prevalent. |
