The dropsuit skill... the one that you basically only need to get to level 1...
Why does this think exist? It gives no bonus to level past level 1, and it not really required for anything past level 1.
Seems like a totally useless skill to me! Either get rid of it and let people spec into racial directly, or give the skill some bonus... or modules/suits that get a bonus from taking it past level one.
Thoughts? |

There are several skills that gate access to upper level skills, abilities or to allow the purchase of items.
This is no different. Without it, you cannot use Any Drop Suit. Don't like it, don't Skill into it.  |

I would try taking it to level 2, that will allow you to unlock the Dropsuit Shield Upgrade and Dropsuit Armour Upgrade, that is if you talking about the Dropsuit Upgrade Skill. If you only unlock to L1 you will only have the option to upgrade Dropsuit Core Upgrade skill and their links |

He's talking about Dropsuit Command, I believe, which is totally worth taking above level 1 if you want to use anything other than Medium Frame dropsuits. It needs level two for light frames and level three for heavy frame. It may also provide a small bonus to some bit (shields/armor, PG/CPU) but I"m not sure off the top of my head. |

Yes, I meant the Dropsuit Command skill.
Even if you need to take it to level 3 for Heavy frames.... there doesn't seem to be any other reason. No bonus attached of drawn from it... so once you hit level 3... there is nothing?
Seems like poor planning, if you ask me. |

But yea idk why they didn't just drop it to 3... unless more types are to be released (feather/lead armor rofl) |

Drop-suit Command skill use to effect your scan profile of your suit way back when as of rite now it gives you no passive besides letting you go into different types of suits that all. |

Vehicle command never had anything. We asked if we could get something for it, but they took the dropsuit command bonus away.  |
