I use the KB/M, play on a nice big TV, and I'm a logibro.
KB/M works almost exactly how it did before Uprising for me. In that aspect, nothing's too drastically changed.
Dropships: interesting. In Uprising, they were definitely too light, so perhaps this is how they should handle. Anyway, ultra-high flight ceiling meant I got into a nice militia dogfight with an enemy dropship, each dealing no damage to the other. But that fact that we could do it at such a height that infantry and even a tank didn't notice, that was awesome. And barrel rolls and loop-the-loops are so much easier with the extra height.
Graphics: Some say it's cartoonish, others say its not that much better. Me? Hell yeah, I love it. The new look is sweeeeet. Orbital strikes, weapon heating effects, (have you guys seen flux explosions?), a much less cheesy MCC explosion, crisp mercenary quarters, love it.
Weapon range: I use a mass driver so meh. Splash radius nerf hasn't stopped me from assisting kills.
Focused Core Repair Tool: CCP I love you, and so do my heavies. 105hp/s. If this isn't Heavy + Logi 514, then you're doin' it wrong.
New spawning system: a little confusing to figure out at first, but I got it on my third game.
Spawn cloaks: haven't seen campers anymore.
Protobears: I can handle them.
New skill system: I want a list view. D:
assault rifles: been seeing lots of duvolles, but teamwork can outplay them.
LAVs: I did a barrel roll.
Tanks: Haven't seen enough of them to judge.
Sounds: Amazing. From the roar of an LAV engine to the spluttering of the HMG, it sounds truly magnificent when I'm in the midst of it.
Free voice chat for channels: <3
Ability to add people to squad from almost anywhere: SWEEEEEET
Starmap: Playing EVE only during the trial period, I must say, this map is so much less complicated. Kudos to the guy(s) who flattened it.
Dropsuits: so much variety. It pained me to choose one logistics racial suit, but I eventually had to go with Minmatar because of the look. I like the look. Hacking bonus is good though.
Mail system: Finally. Won't see any more ghost mails (ironically)
Heavies: Heavies i've been supporting are definitely feeling the nerf, but they aren't going ballistic. One of them went 14 - 1 with an MH82 and assaults and logis definitely still run away if they find themselves too close to a heavy.
Lighting and the sky: Marvellous. I feel like the environment is so much more immersive.
Active scanner: I feel like Sauron.
Terrain: I get stuck in places I wouldn't normally get stuck in back in Chromosome, such as the edges of NULL cannons, and some hills, but besides that, it looks much better.
Maps: Love how the graphics and terrain changes have made the same maps so much more different, not to mention the enlargening of the redline in some cases. I don't feel suffocated, but because of all the CQC that seems to be happening, that open terrain is pretty empty... as if waiting to be filled by vehicles.
