Probably unintended, but the one thing that was going to fix Nova Knifes to be fully functional (charging while sprinting) does not work. I and several people I know attempted it trying every combination of sprinting & charging we could think of. Not only that, but the work-around to make it charge while sprinting that was available in the last build no longer works.
Can we expect this to be fixed soon? |

lol, I've been here 10 months, I got it
I was all set to spec Niva Knives and Minmatar scouts, then saw they didn't charge while running.... so disappointing .... |

Yeah I tossed a few points into min scout and nova knives and I'm really disappointed to see the knives don't sprint charge as promised. :(

Yea, nova knives really are useless without sprint charging. i cannot count the number of times i have stabbed someone but since the first hit did not kill them they simply sprinted ahead a few feet, turned around and mowed me down while backpeddeling because i was unable to close the distance and stab them again. please fix this soon CCP |

Yeah, either this OR (not and) better range on strikes. Right now I have to practically touch them with my player model to touch them. Do our characters have dinosaur arms? |

+1 And if I remember correctly, during Fanfest, it seemed as though charging Nova Knives and then attacking seemed to give a slight lunge o.O Will this be implemented too? |

Been trying the advanced NKs and their base damage is so good I almost don't need a charge. And the protos are only that much better. Been wondering if the quick strikes are good enough and whether sprint charges might make them seem OP? |

thats strange. whenever i use the "quick strike" (no charge, just tap and release) it seems to to a pathetic amount of damage. like, only scratch a scouts shields bad. and this is with L5 Minmitar scout suits. i wonder what yall are doing differently to be getting so much damage out of these knives..... |
