I don't care to read other posts, or if other people mentioned these, I just wanted to get my own bug notes listed, so here goes.
***I'm not making complaints, just adding what I think are bugs and not game mechanics (except for the nanohives thing..)
- Nanite injectors fail to resurrect players on the ground, before they call for help, and even fail after they call for help. Sometimes they work after trying to inject around the "feet" of the player.
- After the initial click of the nanite injector, the sound and the action fail to work. It is as if the injector goes dead. Sometimes it works (without the action), most of the time it doesn't. A switch to another item/weapon and then back again to the injector allows for a "more probable" success of injection.
- Mass Driver shoots right past a target after point blank aim at the chest. (using EX0). The blast radius seems to be way off. Tested while standing completely still at point blank range (about a meter or two infront of the player). A hit finally "hits" after 3-4 shots.
- Cloak after spawn only works on "drop uplink" spawns. On the random deploy spawning there is no cloak. Every time. (not sure if this is game mechanics).
- Using a mouse and keyboard, when switching to items diagonally it forces the opposite diagonal item to be selected, i.e., If my minmatar logistics suit with 4 equipment slots have a needle on the far right, and an uplink on the far left, when I select my needle it chooses the uplink about 2/3 times.
- Additionally, when switching to the secondary weapon, the sidearm, the switch often misses and the main gun still remains out. A switch often is finally made about 2/3 times after.
- Yes, I know this one isn't a bug but it absolutely should be. Nanohives (K-2 nanohive, level 3 nanocircuitry) can't even refill the exo mass driver (18 rounds) from completely empty to completely full. If a nanohive can't even refill one persons gun to full, how can they possibly be useful for an entire squad, let alone a team. My entire squad runs around with no ammo half the battle, we have to force deaths just to bring in more ammo in a 50 clone ambush (with 2 logistics running around)... Does that seem right to you? I don't even have any "capacity upgrades" for more ammo in my gun trained up!!!
- My sound keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and then freezing completely, but the only way to get the voice back (in a squad) is a fresh reboot. This seems to happen after deleting notifications (in the mail) after a battle. I have no idea if it's connected but it happend 4 times in a row so I'm chalking it up to a bug. I will grant that my connection is max down 450kb/s max up 125kb/s but I've not had a problem like this in previous builds.
- About 4 ambushes now where the game just stops, everyone freezes and the squad is thrown out of battle. No rhyme nor reason for this, voice still works and squad can rejoin another battle. Aggravating.
- Upon choosing Skirmish battles it will throw our squad into an Ambush battle. This happened twice in a row. Happens about 1 in 4 skirmishes.
- After clearing all read mail (in notifications and in inbox) it still says there is +1 unread mails. This one baffles me as there are no unread mail in my inbox or notifications (nor any other mail box).
- Sensitivity on the mouse only seems to work at 100% but doesn't seem to scale from 90 to 80 to 70 etc. At 90, it's the same as 80, 70, 60, ... etc. 100 is way too sensitive, but 90 is too "insensitive (or is it unsensitive haha)" to play in. It's like pre-uprising sensitivity; too slow.
- The Hacked EV? (anti-vehicle) grenades have no skill requirements, but are better than the standard AV Grenades and they cost isk... Why bother training in grenades when you can already get a rank 3 grenade with out having to get the skill. I'm pretty sure this is a bug and should require at least level 1 grenades, hell I'd either put them at level 2 or, better yet, as level 1 but sell for arum (just an opinion really, but it doesn't make sense and seems broken).
- Using the repair tool has a delay when trying to target someone. I click on the tool and hold down to repair someone and it takes about 3 seconds before it activates. Is this normal? I don't think it should be like that and there are no indicators of its functionality on targeting speed/lock (that I've been able to find). Too many times I've selected the wrong person because it took forever to lock on the intended target.
Those should be it for now. I know there are some more lurking in the back of my mind, but I've forgot them. |
