I cannot wrap my head around all these nerfs. Now, once again, the assault rifle is king and everything else sucks. *sigh*. Really CCP? We're doing this again? I'm not even mad. I'm not going to get mad at a video game. But seriously? Seriously?! This is the type of gameplay you wanted? Last build I got killed by every type of weapon, because every weapon was fun to use, and to fight against someone equipped with it. This combined with the shrinking skirmish maps can only mean one thing: Dust wants to be Call Of Duty |

Weapon balance is perfect now. Everything is normalized and takes skill to use properly. Skill up, then judge ;) I am mowing people down with HMG like ants. And it is only assault variant.
Those that call dust COD are those that don't get that game has progression now so they give up and go for AR because that is the simplest weapon for their brain to comprehend :) |

I am almost fully specced into MD and it's a piece of crap. Last build I was fully specced into it and it was a great weapon that took skill to use.

When I can run a Shotgun Scout through a hail of HMG fire then STAND IN FRONT OF HIM FIRING, and I still somehow kill the Heavy before he kills me, that's "balanced"?
When my Militia Swarm Launcher is more than sufficient to solo a Gunnlogi because they can't upgrade their PG and CPU stats by more than 5% from the base level to allow a competent fitting, that's "balanced"?

When I can get more kills with an exile in my starting suit with 0 AR skill than with my EXO mass driver with operation at 5 in my Advanced logi suit something is wrong. |

I remember. Though it took them about 2 seconds to burn through my 530/640 health :( |

Dude, chill. The CPU/PG issue is obviously a bug, I kind of doubt CCP would put in a skill, and purposely make it do nothing when it obvious states other wise. While it is a crippling bug for vehicle drivers in general, it is still just a bug which will hopefully be fixed soon. Not TM. |

I use the AR because it is the most generally effective weapon. I also keep knives and decent grenades on my wee little scout suit.
come the 14th, and I will be using the flaylock, since I've been waiting to set loose that adorable puppy since I laid eyes on it. |
