I... did something really stupid just now.
I was running my Kamikaze Free Hugs fitting. Dragonfly with Militia Shotgun BPO and Militia Uplink BPO. I have a Militia Shield Extender (no skills to upgrade the bonus) and no damage mods. I set my Uplink in a nice safe position, then went to suicide.
I found a Heavy with HMG, and I came around the corner already being fired at by him. Cool, time to respawn. I ran straight at him, taking minimal damage, got into Shotgun range, and took 4 shots to kill him. I DIDN'T DIE WTF CCP???
Seriously, HMGs need something changed. I don't use them, and I can safely say that THEY DON'T WORK. You can't kill a STANDARD SCOUT WITH MILITIA EQUIPMENT as fast as he can kill your Heavy. |

LMAO, i noticed this too, i normally dont ever use this tactic because i think its annoying and its harder to aim but boy does it **** me off when it happens to me, but i ran straight at one, took off all my shields(somewhere around 100) and maybe 50-60 armor (of max 300) and then i continued to jump/hop in circles around him, while he tried desperately to spin around to spray me. i think i would have killed him solo easily but i had teammates that killed him while i hopped in circles at point blank to him.

Yep. They did a fine job breaking the HMG with the new update.
WTF CCP. This is not balance, seriously. At any range the HMG sucks now. |

No, you don't understand.
I just STOOD IN FRONT OF HIM SHOOTING.
I was trying to die, and hoping for a post-death Assist.
It's ridiculous. Even if that was the (nonexistent) Militia HMG, that's just completely broken. |
