Everyone should definitely read it!! Essentially all our rights while playing the game are null and void, and everything is subject to CCP's decision. Everything within the game is owned by CCP (including Corporations, characters, stats and everything else Even our personal information is owned by CCP and can be used for whatever they decide. Further, they are not liable if our information is hacked and stolen, as stated in the EULA).
Furthermore, refunds are subject to SOE and not CCP, which means once you have bought said item the likelihood you will get a refund is almost zero.
There is a lot more, but I'd rather have you all read it so you can get a grasp on what you are signing onto.
