iv been called a communist so i'll leave this one short. Corporations will pay mercenaries to work for them when doing contracts either as a permanent/long term contract or short term, maybe the corporation needs extra mercenaries for one or two contracts if running low on mercs. The bigger the corporation the better mercenaries that can be hired.

I made a detailed post but i've left it out. Any extra ideas i'll add here

We have started implementing a Mercenary for Hire tab within our website for this exact scenario. Without me going to in detail about it on here, this is what we have so far, we just started this idea today.

Obviously we have a ways to go on it, but should ultimately be very nice in the end, been spending all day with the CEO working on this. Takes a great amount of time to do it but will overall be work it.

The finished product will include (but not limited to)
 - Name of player
 - Class specialization
 - Total SP
 - Number of contracts offered
 - Number of contracts fulfilled/denied
 - Comment box for the corporation who hired him/her to explain how they did in battle
 - Efficiency Rating over that individual
 - Cost of hire
 - (working on more ideas for this topic)

Let me know what you think about it so far though, if you don't mind.

What you have is good(your website is a bit glichy when signing up) but without the options to send ISK to players the only way a payment at this time could be made is if the mercenary joined the corporation that contracts them.
