 So we have learned that Gk. 0 Scouts will have 4 lows and one high.
 As I take it, the Amarr are even more about Armor.
 
 So does that mean an Amarr scout will have 5 low slots?

 Based on medium frames the Amarr has the lowest # of module slots so I guess it'll be like 3 highs/3 lows. Also it'll be slowest and will have more base HP.

 I'm mostly trying to find a reason for the 4 low slots on a gallente. Perhaps it's for the TacNet Modules?

 According to that, the Gallente assault has 3 highs and four lows. That is much different from Gallente scout....

 Amarr still might get a passive skill geared toward Armor, and they can get more base Armor. Low slots aren't just for additional plates. They are also for profile dampeners and speed mods. Since the Gal Scout has bonuses to Long Range Scanning, I bet the thinking was actually for them to be intelligence voyeurs more than armor tankers. You can use the lows however you want, of course, but that doesn't mean Amarr Scouts are broken before we even see them.

 Yeah, this is weird.
 So, the armor tanking specialized Amarr, will have less armor then the Gallente in the Assault class, less slots, less speed.
 The Amarr logi will have less CPU, less equipment slots, less low slots and the same number of high slots, less speed. I don't know, but the sidearm wont make much of a difference... It looks like, they are backwards or something.
 
 But well, maybe it's counting the passive racial bonuses into the equation.

 This isn't about the Amarrian Scout suit. I've used a question about the Amarr Scout Suit to gain reference to Gallente. I'm trying to uncover the reasoning behind 4 low slots on a scout.
 
 CCP would not make one racial suit superior to the next, that's why I will laugh at those who say Caldari Scout will be hands down the best, because it will be shield tanked.
 
 I'm merely trying to uncover possible reasons for 4 low slots on a suit, and I think that it is for Tac Net Modules.

 meh soon enough its going to be a CoD knock off and you'll see rc cars and spy planes and god awful annoying dog kill streak rewards. the more that's posted by CCP the more it fits the CoD mold.

 Profile Dampeners go in Low Slots.
 
 Armour Repairers too.
 
 Future Ferroscale plates (less HP, but no movement penalty) will probably fit there as well.
