I'm looking for a corp that has members that know how to use 'push to talk', where the membership is 20+yo (i'm 31 would prefer same age range), and that intends to take part of planetary conquest. Used to play EvE.
I have over 3m SPs, in solo play i can hold my own. Will probably go Amarr assault w/ laser post patch. |

Most of our members are 20+ yrs old (I believe we only have one that is under 20). We know how to use push to talk though most of us just turn it off as it makes it easier to communicate during a match; some of our members however do not have a mic. We have every intention of going into Planetary Conquest and are a member of an EVE based alliance to ensure we'll have capsuleer support.
We value teamwork above all else and if all of that sounds good to you; then perhaps The Star Born is the corp for you.
Regardless of which corp you go with feel free to add our channel *TSB* as we're always looking for team oriented players to squad up with. |

I could point you in the direction of the Dead Six Initiative.
we are a Caldari FW corp with an interest in PC and beyond. Our corp has a vast variety of people around the world of all sorts of ages from younger players to players 30+.
We are 130 strong at the momment with good EVE side support with more of our boots on the ground turning to the stars each day.
We dont worry too much about SP values though 3 Mill is a respectable amount for any player, and we have no KDR restriction. However all we ask is that you have a mic or are able to communicate actively with the rest of the corp, also be willing to roll with and recieve orders from our established squad commanders and so forth.
At present we support Casual players who just want to come to play the game, but also we support players who want to come into matches and work at applying real stratagems and tactics to DUST.
If you want to check us out please see the Dead Six Chat, which is our public channel for these sorts of things, squad with us and see how you like it. |

We are recruiting, if you want to find a new corp to learn the trade and chill out, we have the place for you. We arent a big corp, we arent one of those super duper band of warriors around, but we are humble and always evolving. We value casual players and those who want to have fun and learn the game with and alongside us. As a sidenote im 35 myself and i think push to talk ON is the most fundamental thing i try to teach and ask everyone to use. There are times i get headaches from just zoning out due to constantly listening to: noise, heavy breathing, kids fighting, family fighting, somesort of foreplay, duplicate audio.

If you're willing to sw over to Caldari I suggest you come tryout for RG.
We're proud members of EoN and will be ready for full deployment in PC and FW.

We, those in L.O.T.I.S., advise that you turn PTT off when you join up.
The principle of that is that we'd rather KNOW that your listening and can immediately give a reply rather than you not be able to talk because your currently beating somethings face in with a shotgun. Don't really care if you've got static, or loud noise in the background, unless it's debilitating, because it lets us know that your there.
That said, it's also a Requirement in L.O.T.I.S. to HAVE a working and active mic when you join. If your mic breaks after you join up. We give you 3 months to replace it.
All of that contributes to our focus on team work, squad tactics, and synergy as a Corporation.
We don't really have an "Age Restriction" but a certain level of maturity is demanded and if any of our members fail to uphold that maturity then they are removed. So I don't think you'd have to worry about THAT.
I can tell you we definitely have plans for PC. Though, I can't give you specifics. Should be fun.
If you'd like to know more about us please follow this link to our Recruitment Thread HERE on the DUST forums.
(On a personal note: I plan to role Amarr too!)
Hope to hear from you soon. Keep the faith. |

If you're interested in a freelance, non-alliance, teamwork-oriented corp that will be selling our services to the highest bidder, we might be a fit for you; Militaires-Sans-Frontieres. We require mics, and expect our people to follow SL orders. We are not casual. Training is available if you need help learning the game, and once the PC (Planetary Conquest) game comes up, we will be taking enough districts to keep us self-sufficient, with most equipment at cost for corporation members. K/D only matters in that we need to kill our enemy to win, but it is attitude -and more importantly, mindset- that matters. Mature and minimal drama.
Our website is here. If you have questions or concerns, just mail me in game, or at my PSN name; Adanu. I am the recruitment and training head for the MSF. If you send in an application, please give a brief summary of yourself to make it easier to tell you apart from others, and be aware we require an application through our website (can be found in the recruitment thread link) for information purposes.
Our public channel is MSF Pub, Feel free to just hop in and see if any MSF personnel have squad slots open and see how we run. If you're interested in information first hand, just wait for me to pop in and poke me via mail or chat; I'll be happy to talk with you. |
