They're refunding them at the new prices, so anything that still exists in the market, you can buy again with no loss of AUR. |

Did you even read the blog post? Everything with value is getting refunded at current prices. Your 19,800 AUR BPO will be refunded at 19,800 AUR. You militia assault rifle is going to be refunded for as much as you bought it for. The only BPOs that aren't being refunded are those that have no value (or, that's what I get from the blog post). Honestly, I welcome the refund as there's some BPOs I regret getting and getting my AUR back for them would be nice. |

Since i hardly have any reason to use bpo's with what new equipment i've acquired, this is actually a good thing. I'm getting a bunch of Aurum that i can use elsewhere. |

Got a source that says "current" means "current as of when this was written" and not "current as of the time of the refund", because some of the wording implies otherwise, as do dev statements on the matter. |

Actually, no is certain about that because the wording is confusing some folks. Best to see what happens when it happens.
Anyways, I don't see a problem with refunding the BPOs. Besides, I bought them during closed beta when they were cheap (50-100 AUR a piece) so this refund will be a big boost for me. |

What was it back then? 10? 50 Aur? I bought a bunch of those, now they cost like 4800 or something. I'd gladly take the price i paid but getting close to 5k for each bpo i hardly need anymore is going to be a great profit.

That's what I said. "Current as of this writing" doesn't mean "as written in this document". It means what the current prices for said items are, which you can see either in the marketplace or in your assets. Not what's going to be their prices later on after the update. |

Depends. Refer to post 30 of the Dev blog on Skill Respec at the top of the Announcements Forum. Based on this info if they decide that the BPO items will be 1 Aur each then they will refund us 1 Aur per BPO item as this is the price of buying it back from CCP. It does not mean we will receive 50 Aur (Closed beta vets) or 4800 upto 19800 for open beta players for the BPOs they take from us.
Now I think it is likely that they will likely charge more than 50 Aur, good for closed beta vets, but they may charge less than the chromosome prices, which would be bad for the open beta players if they choose to use the Aur for something else like buying boosters. This would be particularly true if the item you want to buy remains at the current chromosone market price.
All they have promised is that they will give you sufficient Aur to repurchase that specific item within the Uprising Market.
I really hope I am wrong about this considering that skill back into the BPO STD suits would cost a lot more if they are considered racial specialist suits (tech 2) instead of as small or medium frame suits. |

I looked at the items list and the Raven, Sever, and Valor are considered frame suits, rather than the specialist suits |

I have an idea! Let's take advantage of this confusion by buying hundreds of potentially more expensive in Uprising BPOs, and then throw a massive week-long forum tantrum if it doesn't work out. |

Cool.
And it's reasons like that I seriously doubt CCP will be so generous with the refund. Would be nice to get an official comment.
If it goes through that way, kudos to you, man. Enjoy your 3+ years of Aurum everything. |

Wrong. ALL assets are beig refunded at current market price, so if you bought an AR bpo in January for say 50 aurum.....it sells for current market value at 4800 aurum ( not at ps3 so can't remember actual prices) |

See, this is one of those things that can be clarified with "Items will be refunded at (Chromosome/Uprising) pricing." |
