c15a sniper rifles missing.. i am not the only one

I have never used any, but have pulled tons from loot... i even got some as loot today and they didnt show up in my inventory... i bought one, and now it shows i only have one... i have >100 of them a couple days ago. The thing is, I am not the only one, my brother logged in today and his were missing too. We both reset our playstations and logged back in to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please fix this CCP, I want to get my isk refund on them for uprising. I am wondering if anything else went missing.

Select a Suit that can handle a Light weapon slot. Select that weapon to Replace. Scan through your available list find your sniper rifle. Officer weapons are not visible in the Market as far as I know. Depending on how you are looking for them it can be difficult to find them. It has happened to everyone at some point.

Unfortunately, it was after the isk refund... So now I have a bunch of rifles that I will not be using. sad face
